This October, Yale.NYC is sponsoring its fourth annual month of food-related events and activities in association with numerous shared interest groups, alumni organizations, and community partners.

Touching on food culture, creation, politics, business, media, history and science, we will share the knowledge, talents and passions of our extended Yale community and facilitate a social contact for the enrichment of all, including our neighbors, local and global. Using food as a common thread, we will explore and share the great diversity of our community, increasing our knowledge, broadening our horizons, and expanding our palates.

From restaurant dinners, to behind-the-scenes tours, to panel discussions with world-renowned experts, current Yale students, alumni and faculty, Foodtober engages the taste buds, minds, and social consciences of our community while raising funds for the Yale Sustainable Food Project, City Growers, and Just Food, our non-profit partners.

While the primary audience for all events are the 17,000+ members of the Yale Alumni Association of New York (Yale.NYC), all events are open to the public.
